Pacojet cleaning
Regular cleaning is essential: HACCP, consistent flavour, machine service life. The Pacojet 4 and the latest Pacojet 2 PLUS guide you through both steps on the display.
- Fit the blade and splash guard, fill the beaker to the maximum with water at 40–58 °C, add one Cleaning Tab, fit the protective outer beaker and start the cleaning programme.
- Rinse cycle with clean water.
The tabs are antibacterial, non-foaming and compact, and can also be used on earlier Pacojet models.
